Delivery Time & Charges

Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days. Delivery timelines may be affected due to unforeseen circumstances.

Return & Exchange Policy

We guarantee customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not happy with a product, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery by contacting us on WhatsApp at 03413899879. All requests are processed within 5–7 working days. Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable, and customers must cover delivery costs for exchanges. However, if the item is damaged, we will bear all return and exchange delivery charges.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by courier services. However, customers must report any issues within 14 days of delivery. Claims may require proof (such as images) and will be reviewed before any action is taken.

International orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment verification. Shipping typically takes an additional 4–6 working days. Only prepaid methods are accepted.

Payment Verification

Orders paid via credit/debit card or online methods undergo a fraud screening process. Orders are processed only after successful verification. If the payment fails verification, the order may be canceled. Credit card verification may take up to 48 working hours.
